Do I have to learn any new software?
No. We set up, run and maintain everything. You keep using your own email, calendar and files, and the results show up there.
Will AI send things to my customers without me knowing?
No. We agree on approval steps before anything goes live. Anything customer-facing or financial gets a human review until you're comfortable, and you decide what, if anything, can run on its own.
Is my business data safe?
Assistants run in your own accounts with only the access they need. We use delegated access instead of your main passwords, you get a sheet listing which tools and AI providers touch which data, and we remove access when we part ways. Sensitive data, like customer financial records, stays off-limits unless you approve it.
What tools do you use?
We choose and configure proven AI tools for each job and name the major ones in your agreement. You could find similar tools yourself. What you're paying for is the audit, the setup, our knowledge of your business, and ongoing management.
Will this replace my staff?
No. It takes the copy-paste, sort-and-resize work off their desks so they can spend their time on customers and the work that needs a person.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
